IT consultancy Mertus invited its customers and other interested parties to discuss the topic of AI Compliance Check at its Hamburg office near the Reeperbahn. Dr. Jana Jentzsch discussed the legal implications of AI use with Hans-Justus Daase (Mertus), Steffen Maas, Immo Ait Stapelfeld and Franziska Mauritz. It focused on copyright law, data protection law and questions of contract design – but never boring and dry, rather very lively and exciting. The two entrepreneurs Steffen Maas and Immo Ait Stapelfeld provided important practical input.
